A consultation or evaluation is a great start in assessing where your horse currently resides in his own body. I will join you on site for a meet and greet. During this time I will perform a visual and palpative assessment of your horse. We will briefly discuss the steps to take moving forward in a therapeutic hands-on program and what the sessions will entail.

Listen to your horses, Don’t be a part of the “If only I had known" crowd:
Every day they try to communicate and talk to us, hoping we will listen and hear them. Become present and aware and take time. Practice dropping your agendas when with your horse and feel the power of communication in the moment.

There are so many variables in their lives and not a lot of choices- Don’t be quick to assume that when horses are resistant they are just being cranky, mare-ish, stubborn, stupid, lazy, or they just don’t want to work. More likely, however resistance can mean their heads, back, legs, joints, or feet hurt; their saddle doesn't fit; they have no idea what you want; they are being told to do two different things at once; their teeth are hurting their cheeks; their muscles are not in shape for what you’re asking; ovulation making her back sore, and on and on. Be mindful of your horse’s body language, get involved and take action!
