Allison wetter -
certified Equine body work Practitioner

Under the instruction of Joseph Freeman at the school of Equine Natural Movement in WA, Allison is certified in Equine Structural Integration as well as a certified practitioner under Jim Masterson and the Masterson Method®. Allison has achieved goals of helping horses through pain and discomfort consistently using these applications of bodywork.
For her, this work has opened many doors- a new growth and commitment to helping horses. As a Pilates Instructor, the work comes naturally thus focusing on how the equine body can function optimally in the most efficient way. The bodywork will help equines realize their strength, natural potential, and unrestricted movement patterns they were born with.

Using SI as a road map, integrating more than one modality into sessions can create a more balanced experience for the horse. Her work is done in a manner that promotes trust and is respectful of the being inside the horse’s body. Creating trust and a compassionate relationship with the horse is the core teaching of this work.
The goal of the work is to bring out the strength and promise in each horse. In turn helping the horse achieve more confidence, bodily comfort, athletic willingness, and a stronger partnership with their riders/guardians.
Allison has logged over 2000 hours of course work. Acupressure treatments are incorporated into sessions as needed.
